Kathryn Gardiner (MEd) has experience in both clinical and educational settings. Privileged to have spent 7 years in a private school setting, she has a long history of working closely with children impacted by a variety of emotional health challenges, including anxiety and depression. Kathryn is very skilled at forming meaningful connections with children and their parents as she inspires them to witness, acknowledge, and celebrate their inner strengths and resources. As a foundation of her work, Kathryn recognizes the importance of having and inspiring compassion and empathy in tandem with appropriate goal setting and clear strategies to move forward. Anxiety, depression and disordered eating/eating disorders are particular areas of interest for Kathryn. Kathryn’s primary focus is working alongside children and families in a collaborative approach to foster increased wellbeing.
